Job seeking options |

As a job seeker, you can access the jobs database by using an advanced
search engine with multiple criteria. All job results lists allow
you to “drilldown” within results to further refine your
search without the need to start over again. |

Search engine options |

Standard job search criteria include: keyword, job category, type
of job, job level, state/country location, and date range of job posting.

Job search agent |
 |

You can now set up multiple job search agents without the need to
register with the career center. Use this feature to receive weekly
email notification when new jobs match your chosen criteria. |

Email referral |
 |

The LenderCareers’ “Tell a Friend” feature enables
you to send job information to other individuals via an automated
email system. |

Resume database enrollment |
 |

By registering with LenderCareers you have the option to submit your
resume to the resume database so employers can search for you. Your
resume can be “public” (full resume and contact information)
or “confidential” (identity and contact information withheld).
A confidential submission means that an employer can only contact
you using a “blind” e-mail, which will allow them to see
your full resume, but not your LenderCareers account contact information. |

By applying for a job or posting your resume with LenderCareers, you
create a confidential, password-protected online account. Your account
stores your contact information, cover letter, text resume, and any
additional resumes or documents you choose to store, such as referrals,
drafts, etc. This account makes it easy for you to apply for jobs
(you don’t have to enter all of your information each time). |

Job seeker selling tools |

You can upload up to three original format resumes or other documents
of any type (i.e., Word or PowerPoint files, video files, photos,
etc.). These files are stored in your job seeker account and can be
sent to prospective employers when applying for a job. Uploaded documents
are scanned for viruses. |

Job seeker administration |
 |

Your online job seeker account includes a list of companies and dates
for all job applications that you submitted and whether the job is
still active. It will also tell you the number of times your resume
has been viewed if it is in the resume database. |

Login and password lookup |
 |

Our online login/password reminder system will email you forgotten
login/password information upon confirmation of email address. |

Account Security |
 |

Your are automatically logged out of your account after a period of
inactivity to help prevent another individual from using your computer
and gaining access to your information. |
