In response to your requests, we have upgraded LenderCareers to better serve our customers and our industry. Below are many of the new features and services available with the new and improved LenderCareers.

Feature		Description
Private LenderCareers Recruiting Account		As a recruiter, complete a one-time online registration form to automatically create your private online account. You can then manage all of your job postings and resume searching from your desktop by logging in to LenderCareers.
Automatic notification of expiring jobs		Each week you have active jobs on the site, you will receive email notification of expiring jobs so you can easily keep track of your ads and re-post positions, if necessary. Job expiration occurs automatically, so there’s no need for you to remove expired jobs.
Enhanced job detail screens		Job detail screens include your company profile, a link to all of your company’s job listings, and a link to your company’s web site.
Multiple users per account		You have the option to establish multiple users (recruiters) for your company so all of your recruiters can manage their respective jobs on LenderCareers.
Simple job posting form		A simple, yet comprehensive form doesn’t limit the length of the job description. You can preview the job you are posting prior to making it live and can utilize HTML tags to enhance your listing, if so desired.
Simple job management		As a recruiter, you can edit, copy, and delete your job listings at anytime, giving you full control of how your job listing is presented. You can also retrieve previously posted positions to copy and re-post without having to re-create the job listing.
Online application delivery		Job applications are delivered to you via email and include a cover letter, text resume, and any other documents the candidate chose to submit.
Applicant tracking		Login to your LenderCareers account to view job applications you’ve received for each posted position.
Advanced resume search		Search the LenderCareers resume database of registered job seekers to actively search for a candidate. Job seekers may post on a “public” (full resume) or “confidential” (identity and contact information withheld) basis. “Confidential” job seekers will have the option of responding to your email at their discretion.
Resume search agent		When searching the resume database, you can store different search sets and save valuable time by choosing to be notified daily by e-mail when new resumes are put into the system that match your criteria.
Job management reports		Your LenderCareers recruiting account includes job management reports: the number of times a job has been viewed, the number of online applications received per job, as well as job posting and closing dates. You can use this information to monitor the effectiveness of your ad, make changes to your ad based on report data, and see the value of advertising with LenderCareers.
Login and password lookup		Our online login/password reminder system will email you forgotten login/password information upon confirmation of email address.
Account Security		Your are automatically logged out of your account after a period of inactivity to help prevent another individual from using your computer and gaining access to your information.
